January Recap: A Month of Growth, Wins, and Major Shifts

Wow, January has been nothing short of incredible. If this month is any indication of how the rest of 2025 is going to go, then I am beyond excited. This month has been all about growth—financially, mentally, physically, and in business. I’ve hit new milestones, gained clarity on what I really want, and set the stage for what’s going to be an insane year.

So let’s break it down.

Money & Business: The Year of Building Smart Systems

One of my biggest takeaways this month? Systems. Automations. Quality over quantity.

I’ve been deep in the process of structuring my company in a way that allows for more scalability, which means hiring the right people, not just filling roles. We’re bringing in new agents, signing new partnerships, and prioritizing relationships over quick wins. This has been a game-changer.

Your network is your net worth—I know it’s cliché, but it’s true.

The more I focus on developing real, meaningful relationships in business, the more opportunities flow in.

Another major shift?

I’m moving from a commission-only model to a monthly recurring revenue structure on top of deal closing based revenue. This is where my new project, Bridl Studio (B-R-I-D-L), comes in.

This is the marketing arm of my company, and we’ve already signed our first high-paying client. The goal is to scale this into a predictable, consistent revenue stream—one that allows us to provide massive value while also securing financial stability.

For any entrepreneur reading this: if you’re not thinking about how to create predictable revenue, start now. Commissions are great, but retainers and recurring models build wealth and freedom.

Fitness & Mental Health: Why the Girlies Need to Focus on This More

This month, I really committed to my fitness journey, and let me tell you—I feel it. I set the goal of running a marathon in 2025, and I’ve already crushed a 5K, 6K, and multiple 10Ks this month.

But beyond the physical progress, what’s been most surprising is how much fitness has impacted my mental health.

As entrepreneurs, we don’t talk about this enough.

We focus on scaling, strategy, revenue, and clients, but how often do we talk about taking care of ourselves?

Fitness has given me more energy, clarity, and discipline than anything else I’ve done in a long time.

It’s helping me manage stress, improve focus, and actually enjoy the process.

So, to my fellow entrepreneurs: get moving.

Whether it’s running, lifting, yoga, or even daily walks—prioritize your body. It’s not just about looking good; it’s about feeling strong and showing up better in all areas of life.

Building a Business That Works for Me, Not Just Me Working for the Business

This month, I also learned that delegation is everything. I’ve been guilty of trying to do too much on my own, but I’ve realized that I need to build a business that can operate without me being in every single detail.

That means:

✔ Finding the right people who align with my vision

✔ Investing in automation and smart systems

✔ Creating products and services that can scale without me doing all the work

This is a huge shift, and I can already see how it’s opening up new opportunities. Leadership is evolving, and the old-school hustle mentality of “grind until you drop” is outdated.

It’s not about working 24/7—it’s about working smart and knowing when to step back so your business can run without you.

Forget Balance—Focus on Intentionality

Let’s be real: the idea of “work-life balance” is a myth.

Some weeks, business will take priority. Other weeks, it’ll be health, relationships, or personal time. And that’s okay.

What matters is consistency and intentionality.

I don’t wake up at 5 AM every day. Some days I do, some days I don’t. Some days I prioritize health, other days I have back-to-back client calls. The key is knowing when to push and when to reset.

One thing I refuse to subscribe to anymore?

The toxic hustle culture that glorifies burnout. You don’t need to be sleep-deprived to be successful. You don’t need to run yourself into the ground to be worthy of success.

Prioritizing health and happiness is part of the game, and honestly, it makes you a better leader.

What’s Next? More Learning, More Growth, More Wins

Launching the Bridl Studio marketing vertical has also pushed me to expand my knowledge.

I’m diving deep into marketing, sales, and building a productized service that I can scale. I want to learn from the best, surround myself with the right people, and keep evolving as a business owner.

Most importantly, I’m leaning into abundance. The way you speak about your goals, the way you show up every day, the way you manifest success—it all matters.

This year, I’m making a lot more money. Not just through commissions, but through smart business models that bring long-term success.

January was a huge success, and I know this is just the beginning.

Here’s to an even bigger February. Let’s go!
